CDR Global Inc. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

Eligibility: Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by the CDR Global Returns Department. Items that are damaged (except during shipping), altered, or shipped outside the 48 continental United States are not eligible for return. Returns must be received by CDR Global before any reconciliation can occur.

Process: Once a return is received, the device will be processed and reaudited by CDR Global. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items not purchased from and shipped by CDR Global. If an incorrect item is returned, the buyer may provide a prepaid shipping label to have the item returned. CDR Global assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged items not sold and shipped by us.

Defects or Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a prepaid return label and either a replacement device or refund within 30 days of receipt. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Buyer Remorse: If you change your mind or order the wrong item, you are eligible for a return. However, the cost of the return shipping label and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Replacements: We will attempt to reconcile a damaged or defective claim with an identical replacement device or a comparable alternative. You are eligible for a replacement device for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If a replacement or comparable device is unavailable, you will receive a credit for the total amount of your purchase to be applied to any item in our store.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of delivery. No partial refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined by CDR Global. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment provider.
