Returns

Returns may be initiated for up to 30 days after delivery. All returns must be approved by the CDR Global Returns Department. Items that have been damaged (except in shipping), altered in any way, or shipped outside of the 48 continental United States do not qualify for a return. All returns must be received by CDR GLOBAL before any reconciliation can occur.

Once a return is received, the device will be processed and reaudited by CDR GLOBAL. We will not refund or replace any items that were not purchased from and shipped by CDR GLOBAL. If an incorrect item is returned by mistake, The buyer may supply CDR GLOBAL a prepaid shipping label to receive the item back. CDR GLOBAL assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged items that were not sold and shipped by us.

Returns due to defects or damage.

If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for a prepaid return label and either a replacement device or refund within 30 days of receipt. Items that have arrived damaged must be reported within 72 hours.

Returns due to buyer remorse

If you change your mind or order the wrong item, you are eligible for a return. However, the cost for the return shipping label and a 5% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund. 

Replacements

We will always attempt to reconcile a damaged or defective claim with an identical replacement device, or something comparable. You are eligible for a replacement device for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If a replacement or comparable device is unavailable, you will receive a credit for the total amount of your purchase to be applied to any item in our store.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued after 30 days (From date of delivery). No partial refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined by CDR GLOBAL. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment provider.
