-cosmetic blemishes are significant, such as multiple heavy dents, may require repair.
-Damages to latches, hinges, keyboards, etc.

This Used Laptop has been fully tested. The included Drive has been tested and wiped. The exterior surfaces may contain minor evidence of heavy use. This can include heavy cosmetic blemishes such as scratches/ scuffs and other surface imperfections. The display is free of dead pixels, cracks, and white spots, however, may contain scratches that are not visible while the unit is powered on and will not limit visibility. All keys/ buttons press properly and function as intended. The battery has been tested but did not meet the "Pass" Threshold. We cannot guarantee battery life or duration and cannot offer any refunds for defective batteries. The R2 Grade for this unit is F3 C2. No OS or AC Included.
