This Used Laptop has been fully tested. The included Drive has been tested, wiped, and reloaded with a fresh install of Windows. All ports are undamaged and free of any known defects. All keys/ buttons press properly and function as intended. The exterior surfaces will show evidence of previous handling and use including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, dings, case cracks and dents. The display appears to be free of dead pixels and cracks however, it may contain white spots, scratches, screen rub and other physical blemishes that are hardly visible while powered on. The battery has been tested, however, did not meet the "Pass" Threshold. We cannot guarantee battery life or duration and cannot offer any refunds for defective batteries. The R2 Grade for this unit is F4 C4. AC adapter included.

Returns (30 Days)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns must be approved by CDR Global before shipment.
• Returned items must be received within the 30-day window to qualify.
• Buyer-remorse returns accepted (wrong item/changed mind).
• Shipping-related damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Limitations

• No returns for altered or physically damaged items (excluding verified shipping damage).
