This Refurbished Laptop has been fully tested. The included Drive has been tested, wiped, and reloaded with a fresh install of Windows. All ports are undamaged and free of any known defects. All keys/ buttons press properly and function as intended. The exterior surfaces may contain evidence of previous use. This can include cosmetic blemishes such as light scratches/ scuffs and other surface imperfections. The display is free of dead pixels, cracks, and white spots, however, may contain scratches that are not visible while the unit is powered on and will not limit visibility (see photos for reference). The battery has been tested and passed diagnostics. The R2 Grade for this unit is F5 C6. AC adapter included.

Local Pickup Policy

• Local pickup is available ONLY when “Local Pickup” is selected at checkout.
• A pickup confirmation code MUST be presented at pickup — orders cannot be released without it.
• Orders marked for SHIPPING cannot be picked up.
• Orders marked for PICKUP cannot be shipped.
• Fulfillment method cannot be changed after checkout.
• If the wrong option is selected, the order must be cancelled and repurchased with the correct option.

Returns (30 Days)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns must be approved by CDR Global before shipment.
• Returned items must be received within the 30-day window to qualify.
• Buyer-remorse returns accepted (wrong item/changed mind).
• Shipping-related damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Limitations

• No returns for altered or physically damaged items (excluding verified shipping damage).
• No returns for items shipped outside the 48 U.S. states.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Warranty (Refurbished Products)

• Unless stated otherwise, refurbished products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from delivery date.
• Covers functional hardware defects during normal use.
