CDR Global Shipping and Return Policies

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns may be initiated within30 daysof delivery. All returns must be approved by theCDR Global Returns Department. Items that are damaged (except during shipping), altered, or shipped outside the 48 continental United States arenot eligiblefor return. Returns must be received byCDR Globalbefore any reconciliation can occur.
• Process: Once a return is received, the device will be processed and reaudited byCDR Global. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items not purchased from and shipped byCDR Global. If an incorrect item is returned, the buyer may provide a prepaid shipping label to have the item returned.CDR Globalassumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged items not sold and shipped by us.
• Defects or Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for aprepaid return labeland either a replacement device or refund within30 daysof receipt. Damaged items must be reported within72 hoursof delivery.
• Buyer Remorse: If you change your mind or order the wrong item, you are eligible for a return. However, the cost of the return shipping label and a5% restocking feewill be deducted from your refund.
• Replacements: We will attempt to reconcile a damaged or defective claim with an identical replacement device or a comparable alternative. You are eligible for a replacement device for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If a replacement or comparable device is unavailable, you will receive a credit for the total amount of your purchase to be applied to any item in our store.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued after30 daysfrom the date of delivery. No partial refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined byCDR Global. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment provider.

Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within1-2 business daysand include freeshipping to any of the 48 continental United States. Orders may be shipped viaFedEx, UPS, or USPS.
• Expedited Shipping: All tablets and phones include free2-Day Shipping. We can offer 2-Day shipping on laptops for$40. Overnight shipping may also be an optionplease message us before purchasing for a quote.
• Large Shipments: Larger shipments containing a minimum of1 palletmay take an extra business day or require alternative carrier options.
• Address Validation: We will only ship to validated addresses. We will not change any address after the payment is submitted. Orders with an incorrect address will have to be canceled and repurchased with the correct shipping address.
• Tracking: You will receive the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created. Please save all packaging materials in case of return or damage claim.

Any items shipped outside of the 48 continental United States through freight forwarders will be void of any warranty, returns, and NO partial refunds will be issued.
