This item has been tested for power and key function. All ports/ connectors are free of any physical damage and known defects. All buttons press properly and function as intended. Noticeable and deep scratches, scuffs, and/ or other imperfections can be expected. The R2 grade is F3 C2. USB Cord is included.
Shipping
- Ships within 1–2 business days.

- Laptops: 2-Day available for $40.
- Overnight shipping may be available; contact us before purchase.
- Tracking provided when the label is created.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
Local Pickup Policy
- Local pickup is available ONLY when “Local Pickup” is selected at checkout.
- Pickup confirmation code MUST be presented — orders cannot be released without it.
- Orders marked for SHIPPING cannot be picked up.
- Orders marked for PICKUP cannot be shipped.
- Fulfillment method cannot be changed after checkout.
- If the wrong option is selected, the order must be cancelled and repurchased correctly.
Returns (30 Days)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns must be approved by CDR Global before shipment.
- Returned items must be received within the 30-day window to qualify.
- Buyer-remorse returns NOT accepted (wrong item/changed mind).
- Shipping-related damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Limitations
- No returns for altered or physically damaged items (excluding verified shipping damage).
- No returns for items shipped outside the 48 U.S. states.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Warranty (Used Products)
- This product includes a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covers functional hardware defects occurring during normal use.
- Does NOT cover buyers remorse, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or cosmetic wear.
